My IE9 shows exactly as yours, but according to Wikipedia, IE9 gets a 95 / 100 on the acid3. I know it's supposed to be run with default settings. I wonder if we've messed with that.
Yep. I went to Tools -> Internet Options -> "Advanced" tab, and selected "Reset..." at the bottom. I went with all recommended settings and viola, I got a 95/100. I don't know what settings I had that messed up the acid test.
But still, so many browsers have been at 100 here for some time. Why M$? Why? As I heard elsewhere, "Hey IE9, 1998 called. Good job!"

Actually I ran the ACID 3 test right after I download IE9. Didn't tweak anything, just straight up ACID 3 then bam 13/100.
